Abundant natural resources / the free enterprise system / the cultural diversity of our people / Judeo-Christian beliefs / good luck / God's will / the two-party system / free elections / our Constitution / separation of church and state / freedom of the press / our geographic isolation -- that is, being protected by oceans on both coasts / the character of the American people. ...
